Spirulina is a cyanobacterium (blue-green algae) that can be consumed by humans and animals. The World Health Organization has described spirulina as “an interesting food for multiple reasons,” noting that it is rich in protein and iron and can be safely consumed by children, calling it “a very suitable food.” Spirulina is rich in nutrition and contains a variety of bioactive substances. Its cell structure has a low cellulose content, making it easy to digest and absorb. Spirulina can be used directly or processed as an additive in animal feed. It can help promote animals growth, increase the body immunity, improve production performance, and reduce feed consumption.

We have built three standard algae breeding and processing bases with a total area of 700000 square meters. These facilities form an integrated system that covers algae breeding, large-scale ultivation, and  standardized harvesting. In our fully enclosed breeding ponds, spirulina absorb the organic carbon sources, nitrogen sources, and other essential nutrients. With sufficient sunlight, the algae grow through a controlled cultivation process. After cultivation , the spirulina is harvested, dried, screened, sterilized, and then proccessed into tablets and other finished products.

Sunlight

Our algae farm is located at latitude 39 degrees on the Mongolian Plateau. The  average annual hours of sunshine exceed 3,000 hours, and it is the best place for photosynthesis amd algae growth.

 

 

 

 

 

Water

The cultivation water is pumped from 500 meters underground in the desert area, and the water contains rich minerals and trace elements, providing an excellent water supply for growing algae.

Our location is on the Mongolian Plateau with plenty of desert soda lakes, no industry, no pollution, and very clean air.

 

 

 

 

 

Temperature and humidity

The average altitude of the region is 3,000 meters. It is a typical temperate continental climate, with a large temperature difference between day and night, which may be conductive to the accumulation.
